xulrunner 1.9 to xulrunner 1.9.1

In french translation, for preference tag, the file globalKeys.dtd is missing. You should add the file: locale/fr-FR/global/globalKeys.dtd with this content:

<!ENTITY openHelp.commandkey     "VK_F1">
<!ENTITY openHelpMac.commandkey  "?">

The chrome/chrome.manifest file need the line

locale  global  fr-FR   locale/fr-FR/global/
